Orders are shipped via UPS Ground within 7 business days
Additional shipping options and expedited orders can be arranged by request and may be
subject to an additional fee for expedited service.
Returns
Wholesale Customers - Wholesale returns are only accepted if items are shipped improperly or damaged within transit. Fresh Frances must be contacted prior to shipping to authorize these returns.

Retail Customers - All items must be authorized by Fresh Frances A return credit packing slip will be issued and must be in the box for you to receive credit.
All items must be returned within 21 days of purchase in their original packaging and received back in saleable condition. If any product arrives damaged as a result of transit or is improperly shipped, you must notify Fresh Frances within 10 business days, so please check the orders carefully when they arrive.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please insure your shipment as lost shipments are the sender’s responsibility.
Hold onto your return shipping receipt and Fresh Frances invoice or packing slip until you have received your refund or exchange. This receipt is your proof of returning the merchandise.
